Created on September 30, 2025, GAPI – BIKiNNOV – Office for the Promotion of Industrial Property is a partnership with the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI). Its main objectives are to contribute to the promotion and dissemination of the Industrial Property System throughout the country, provide information and clarification services, and promote awareness-raising initiatives and the dissemination of knowledge related to industrial property.

GAPI offers direct support in the preparation and submission of applications for trademark, patent, and utility model registration. This service helps companies understand the procedures and documentation required to ensure the legal protection of their products or services.
