CARA – European Cluster for Mobility Solutions visits BIKiNNOV

On September 22, BIKiNNOV welcomed a visit from Cluster CARA – European Cluster for Mobility Solutions, as part of a French Mission to Portugal in partnership with ABIMOTA – National Association of Two-Wheel Industries, Hardware, Furniture, and Complementary Activities of the Represented Sectors. 

This initiative brought together five French clusters linked to sustainable mobility, which visited our country with the aim of gaining a deeper understanding of the national industrial and technological ecosystem, as well as identifying opportunities for international cooperation.

The visit to BIKiNNOV began with an institutional presentation, highlighting the main areas of activity of the Technology and Innovation Center, the projects underway, and their relevance in the development of innovative solutions for the mobility industry. This was followed by a guided tour of the facilities, which allowed participants to see firsthand the center’s capabilities, the technological resources available, and the impact of the activities carried out with partner companies.

The meeting ended with a networking session for sharing and dialogue between French entities and national industry representatives. This was particularly important as it fostered synergies, exchanges of experiences, and potential partnerships, reinforcing BIKiNNOV’s role as a meeting point and driver of innovation in the sustainable mobility sector.

This visit took place within the scope of Action Line 5 – Promotion and Networks, of the Interface Mission – Base Funding for Technology and Innovation Centers, of the Recovery and Resilience Program (PRR), financed by the European Funds of NextGenerationEU.
