BIKiNNOV holds Open Day focused on Technological Innovation in Electron Microscopy, Additive Manufacturing, and Tomography

On January 20, 2026, BIKiNNOV hosted an “Open Day: See, Create, and Analyze,” which was attended by automotive industry companies, sector professionals, and specialists in electron microscopy, additive manufacturing, and tomography. The event aimed to showcase the capabilities of the Technology and Innovation Center.

Key highlights of the event included lectures by renowned experts, who covered topics such as additive manufacturing and its innovative applications across various industrial sectors, advanced scanning electron microscopy capabilities, and the latest innovations in tomography. These presentations provided participants with a detailed view of how these technologies are revolutionizing production, material analysis, and part validation, offering new possibilities for industry and scientific research.

The event was supported by companies such as Trumpf, Izasa Scientific, 3DZ, Markforged, and N3MD IBERICA, which presented their innovative solutions.

In the afternoon, BIKiNNOV’s capabilities were presented, followed by a tour of the CTI facilities, where demonstrations were held to showcase the advanced technologies available to the automotive industry.
