BIKiNNOV at HANNOVER MESSE 2025

BIKINNOV – Bike Value Innovation Center took part in the 2025 edition of Hannover Messe, which took place between March 31 and April 4 in Hannover, Germany. Recognized as one of the world’s leading industrial trade fairs, Hannover Messe is a strategic platform for promoting technological skills and establishing international partnerships.

Under the motto Beyond Bicycles, BIKINNOV presented its areas of intervention and the high value-added services it offers the industry, with emphasis on advanced materials characterization, electronics
and prototyping, digitalization and conformity testing. Its presence at the fair gave visibility to the technology center’s transversal approach and its ability to support innovation in various sectors, to beyond two-wheeled mobility.

BIKiNNOV’s Executive Director, Gil Nadais, argues that this participation in Hannover Messe is a strategic meeting point where the industry’s next trends are defined. Being present with a differentiating proposal like BIKINNOV’s is fundamental to positioning Portugal as a benchmark in innovation technology in the European and global context.

During the event, BIKINNOV consolidated strategic contacts and identified new opportunities for collaboration, contributing to the strengthening of its internationalization strategy and the projection of national technological skills in the European context.

The mission is part of project 111 – Technology and Innovation Centre of AM2R – Mobilizing Agenda for Business Innovation in the Two-Wheeler Sector, financed by the Recovery and Resilience Programme (RRP) and the NextGeneration Funds of the European Union (EU).
