BIKiNNOV presents a new wind tunnel at ProDays 2026 in Paris
BIKiNNOV attended ProDays 2026, one of the most important professional trade fairs dedicated to the bicycle sector, which took place from July 5 to 7 at Salon Vélo in Paris.
Participation in this event was an opportunity to present BIKiNNOV’s work to manufacturers, brands, researchers and other professionals in the two-wheeled mobility industry, reinforcing the center’s commitment to innovation and technological development applied to the sector.
A highlight of the BIKiNNOV space was the presentation of the new wind tunnel, a project that represents a significant step in strengthening the center’s research and development capabilities. To provide visitors with a clear understanding of this new infrastructure, a three-dimensional model was displayed, reproducing the concept and configuration of the future wind tunnel.
This representation made it possible to demonstrate the infrastructure’s potential for conducting aerodynamic tests, which are essential for the development and optimization of bicycles, components, equipment and innovative solutions for the industry.
BIKiNNOV’s presence at ProDays reinforces its strategy of strengthening relationships with the sector’s main international stakeholders and promoting its research infrastructures to the European market, consolidating its role as a reference partner for innovation in the bicycle industry.
This mission falls within the scope of AM2R – Mobilizing Agenda for Business Innovation, Project 111 – AM2R Technology and Innovation Center, PPS 79 – New product development services (bicycles and components) with highly differentiating characteristics, funded by the PRR and the European NextGenerationEU Funds.
